Delivery
All online orders are sent with Star Track and should be received within 2 working days for metropolitan areas. Please allow 5-7 days for regional areas. All consignments are insured with Star Track. Our online ordering system accepts most major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed through our partner EWAY. Return Policy
Any damaged product must be reported to OzTactile upon receiving goods. Damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Product will be assessed on return and replaced FOC if damage is caused in transit or product has a manufacturing or quality defect. Should a customer require to return product, OzTactile will exchange for goods up to the value of returned goods. Freight will be charged on all exchanges except when OzTactile is exchanging faulty or damaged goods. If the customer requires a refund a 20% handling fee of the returned product applies. Returned items must be in resalable, unused condition which will be determined by OzTactile on return. Freight is non refundable.

Information collected by OzTactile is kept securely and will not be forwarded to any third party.
